How do I apply for coverage?

Please complete the required applications and return them via email along with all supplemental information needed. Proposals can be provided typically within a few days from receipt of a full submission.

Are polices subject to minimum premiums?

Yes.  Policies are subject to minimum premiums which are dependent on limits and coverages requested.

In what states is the coverage available?

Depending on the program, coverage is typically available in all 50 states.

What information is required for a quote?
  • Completed, signed application
  • Four years of currently dated loss runs
  • Resume of key principals (for clients with under three years of experience in the industry)
  • Brief Company Narrative outlining history of company and focus of operations
  • Other supplemental information as required per specific coverage types
What limits can you write?

Limits ranging from $300,000 up to $10,000,000 are offered, depending on the program and coverage.

What are the AM Best ratings for carriers you place business with?

Coverage is primarily written though carriers with A.M. Best ratings of A+ (Excellent) or better.
